On your dashboard, go to appearance, then customize. Click on Menus, then Add Items at bottom. Select Custom Links, then add the URL and some text. Don’t forget to click Publish when done! It will look like this:

Install the Reckoning Plugin to add a “User Summary” to the Users area of the dashboard.
The User Summary page will display all site users (students) and list the posts and comments they have made on the Site. You can click the “Student Name” to view all posts and comment content created by the student on the site.
If you would like to export the User Summary Data, there is an export button at the top of the User Summary page.

From the Commons Home Page, go the Courses tab. Here you will see a list of all the courses being taught on the Commons. User the search functionality to find your course. You can enter Campus, Semester, or Disciplinary Cluster. You can also search by course name or professor name.
